Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition (unused and undamaged)
  • All original packaging must be included
  • The item must not show signs of excessive use
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not offer free returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • Full name

Once approved, we will provide the correct return instructions.

⚠️ Do not send items back without contacting us first.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation once completed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders may already be processed and shipped.

If the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may request a return after delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or heavily worn items
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Items returned without approval
